【Functions】

• Power Supply: Receives commands from a control switch, and an internal motor drives a hydraulic pump, converting electrical energy into hydraulic energy, which in turn pushes a piston rod for linear extension and retraction.
• Heave flap Angle Control: The piston rod is directly connected to the heave flap. Extending the piston rod deflects the heave flap downward; retracting the piston rod raises the heave flap to a position flush with the ship's bottom or retracts it upward.
• Vessel Attitude Adjustment: By controlling the different angles of the port and starboard heave flaps, this compensates for uneven weight distribution or the effects of unilateral wind and waves, ultimately achieving the following:

1. Balancing the Hull: Eliminating left and right tilting.

2. Optimizing the Attitude: Reducing bow pitch keeps the hull level or in an optimal planing position, reducing drag.

3. Improving Efficiency: By reducing drag and optimizing the hull's contact surface with the water, the system improves fuel economy, increases speed, and enhances stability.
