Refunds & Returns
At FLIBEN, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. After this period, we are unable to accept any refund or return requests. If you need to request a return or refund, please review the terms below and contact us at flibenauto@hotmail.com.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 3 days of placing it.
- Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at flibenauto@hotmail.com to inquire about the cancellation.
- Cancellation Conditions: If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it following our return policy.
Return Process
Do not send it back directly to the return address. Please contact our customer service team before returning any products. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive the return address and instructions.
Applicable Refund Conditions
1. Product Issues:
- If you receive the wrong item or an item with a quality issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue to our customer service team for review.
- The item must be returned to our warehouse for inspection before processing the refund.
Important: Please check product details carefully before placing an order. Refunds will not be issued for mistaken product choices.
2. Out of stock
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer a refund or the option to wait for restocking.
3. PayPal Issues
- If there is a discrepancy between your PayPal account and your order information, we will send a verification email. If no response is received within 3 business days, we will issue a refund.
4. Remote Locations:
- If we are unable to deliver to a remote or military location, we will notify you and issue a refund as soon as possible.
Applicable Return Conditions:

- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at flibenauto@hotmail.com.
Return Instructions

- Incorrect items returned will not be refunded.
- We do not support cash on delivery (COD); return shipping costs must be prepaid.
Return shipping costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item for reasons unrelated to a product issue (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Costs vary based on the carrier.
- FLIBEN Responsibility: If the return is due to damage or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Buyer-Paid Return Shipping Applies to:
- Returns for reasons other than defects.
- Accidental returns.
- Returns due to mismatched product models.
- Unauthorized returns.
